| Ovens - Using soap based products we remove all burnt on carbon from inside the oven so it looks like new. Backplates and fans are also removed and cleaned. The outside of the oven, the door and the glass are degreased and shined. The stainless steel shelves are placed in a de-carbonating tank and then placed back in the oven shining like new. |
| Grills - A very similar process to cleaning the oven. We remove side panels and the heating element where possible to enable complete cleaning of the grill. The grill pan is placed in a decarbonating tank and then placed back in the grill unit. |

| Hobs - We scrape off all spillages and burnt on carbon. The hob is then degreased and shined. Any removable parts are deep cleansed and then put back into place. |
| Extractors - The removable parts are deep cleansed in a de-carbonating tank and then returned. External grease is then removed from the hood unit. Where applicable the filter inside is changed as part of the service. |
| Ranges - A similar process to a standard oven except ranges take longer to clean due to the size. |
| Agas - We scrape away all grease from the hob and all external areas. We remove dirt and grease from the hot plate domes. We remove all doors and clean them thoroughly. The steel cast oven units are then swept out and the alluminum surrounds are cleaned. All Agas should be turned off 24 hours prior to cleaning. |
| Microwaves - We clean both standard and combination microwaves using soap and vinegar based solutions. |
